Mary is a chef and fermenter who loves championing local food. She has worked with nonprofits, farms, restaurants, and small food businesses to build awareness through events and marketing. At Rooted, she supports marketing strategy and uses her creativity to help grow brand awareness. When she’s not working, you can usually find her in the kitchen cooking up something new or spending time outdoors!
