He's a licensed StratOp® guide who's spent the better part of two decades helping leaders and organizations figure out where they're headed and how to actually get there, including 10 years doing it abroad in the Netherlands. He lives in Connecticut with his wife Rebecca and their three boys where he's usually either deep in a homework strategy session or refereeing something at the dinner table involving their Black Labradoodle, Frankie.
