Farmer-approved tools

What’s in the haul

Farmers work with their hands, their heads, and a whole lot of determination. From harvest day to crop planning. At Rooted Farmers, we know the people doing this work are resourceful, hardworking, and always finding ways to make things grow. We also know the right tools can make a long day in the field go more smoothly and make the most efficient use of your precious time.

We’ve gathered some of the favorites from our Rooted team of farmers and hub leaders into one seriously useful prize package worth more than $250. This giveaway is a small way to celebrate the farmers who keep showing up, getting their hands dirty, and building something meaningful. From harvest-ready shears to a trusty knife, weatherproof notebooks, seeds, Rooted gear, and a few extras, this collection brings together some of the tools farmers use to get the work done — and get it done well.

The package includes:

Saboten Shears
A sharp, lightweight pair of Japanese pruning shears designed for precise cutting and comfortable, efficient work in the field.
HACHIEMON Japanese Craftsmanship Garden Hand Tool Hoe and Cultivator Hand Tiller
A hardworking, versatile garden tool made for digging, planting, weeding, and all the little jobs that call for a tool you can count on.
Rite in the Rain Notebooks, 3-Pack
Three weather-resistant 3x5" notebooks made to hold up when your work takes you outside — because good ideas, crop notes, and to-do lists shouldn't wash away with the rain or wait until you can get back indoors.
$100 Johnny’s Selected Seeds Gift Card
A $100 gift card to Johnny's Selected Seeds to put toward the seeds you’re planting, dreaming about, or already planning for next season.
Rooted Hat
A Rooted hat for sunny days in the field, market mornings, date night, or wherever life takes you.
Stickers + Sharpies
A few Rooted stickers and Sharpies to round out the farmer toolkit — because there’s always something that needs labeling, marking, or making your own.
