We are a small, family-owned flower farm located in Oswego, NY. Our farm is named after my late grandmother, Yvonne Grace, who instilled in me a love of gardening at a young age. Her passion for nature and growth is the foundation of our farm and we strive to honor her legacy by growing beautiful, sustainable flowers. At Graceroots Farm, we specialize in natural, no-till gardening practices with a focus on permaculture and sustainability. We believe in working with nature, not against it, to create a thriving ecosystem on our farm.
