We are a small, family-owned flower farm located in Oswego, NY. Our farm is named after my late grandmother, Yvonne Grace, who instilled in me a love of gardening at a young age. Her passion for nature and growth is the foundation of our farm and we strive to honor her legacy by growing beautiful, sustainable flowers. At Graceroots Farm, we specialize in natural, no-till gardening practices with a focus on permaculture and sustainability. We believe in working with nature, not against it, to create a thriving ecosystem on our farm. We are also proud to be a Monarch butterfly waystation, providing a habitat for these beautiful creatures as well as many other native species. Our flowers are grown with the utmost care and attention to detail. We use natural methods to ensure the health and vitality of our plants, and we are constantly experimenting with new and innovative techniques to improve our growing methods.
