WhiteStall Farm is a venture born from a decade‑long dream, founded by Stan Alingod and Joshua Lefkowitz—alumni of Rutgers University’s Beginner Farmer Program. The farm follows regenerative principles to cultivate fresh organic vegetables, fragrant fresh and dried herbs, and a diverse assortment of annual and perennial cut flowers.
