Treehorn Farm

We’ll take a simple, yet artfully arranged, bouquet over perfect and fussy any day of the week. Sunflowers in all colors, nigella that has mostly gone to seed (with some blooms in white/blue), feverfew, cosmos, zinnias, snapdragons, a few bright yellow rudbeckia to make the arrangement look like fireworks, anise hyssop, and whatever else is currently in bloom. Finally, a few deep red bee balm and purple anise hyssop — because they’re lovely, but also because we love the perfume they make together. Bee balm has a slightly musky, Earl Grey scent (cardamom!), and anise is like mellowed licorice. Together… chef’s kiss — a sweet, subtly earthy aroma that is difficult to place… but evokes the best sort of memories.

Gorgeous striped plum and light green seed pods for fresh and dried bouquets. A few brilliant blue flowers still remain on the stems.

We've used our kaleidoscope nasturtiums in most of our weddings this year. Note: Most are in shades of orange; some are yellow; others are variegated (shown in photo). We're offering ours with 12-14 inch stems, with leaves/blooms running along the majority of the stem. We use ours as table runners, and we also use them in bud vases and for lovely texture in larger bouquets. If you'd like longer (or shorter!) stems to work with, please reach out — we'd be happy to cut longer vines or just flower stems upon request (fees adjusted accordingly).

If we're getting technical, this is actually a Cosmos Sensation Lavender Pink — but they're all presenting as more of a deep pink. A stunning color, true to the photo.

Large dark plum-colored seed pods on stiff, 18–24" stems. Accented by attractive, ferny foliage. Works well in the vase, but the pods also dry readily/easily.

We grew these primarily for our own wedding work this year, but we have a limited number to offer for wholesale. The insects love these (as they love many light-colored flowers), so we're only growing them early in the season. We may have more available than what is listed on Rooted — reach out if interested!

The perfect wedding pink. Our wedding clients have been scooping these up. Bloom size 2.5 to 5 inches.

White blooms dusted with soft pink. Please note that while the blooms are full-size, the stems on these are a little shorter than average (and priced accordingly!). This is one of our favorites on the farm — we've used them in most of our wedding work in July.

Wow, talk about a pop of color — these red zinnias hold their own or enhance any bouquet. Bloom size ranges from 2.5 to 5 inches.

It remains a mystery to us why these are called "red" when they're really more of a rich, deep ruddy chocolate. This is a farm favorite — and they are also popular among our customers, who gobble them up. We may have more available than what is listed on Rooted — reach out if interested!
