Our farm also includes a retail flower shop (open Fridays) & seasonal farmstand (April-October), hugelkultur (hue-gull-culture) cutting gardens, & education co-workspace. SUOT stands for Small Units Of Time because we know that through building & practicing nature stewardship (day by day, season by season, cycle by cycle), we find deeper connection to the earth & personal meaning.
