Shadow Brook Farm is a 34 acre vegetable and flower farm in Lincoln Nebraska. Kevin and Charuth began farming and selling at local farmers markets in 1996. In 2006 they added a goat dairy and cheesemaking operation and now sell all their products to stores, restaurants, and four farmers weekly markets.
