Jenn and Bryan McAtee started Minsi Mountain Flower Farm in 2016, and now manage the operation along with their baby boy and two farm pups. Located on 45 beautiful acres at the base of Blue Mountain (and specifically Mount Minsi) in eastern Pennsylvania, they grow a variety of specialty cut flowers consisting of a mix of field grown annuals, perennials, and foliage, as well as high tunnel and greenhouse blooms. Their flowers change with the seasons, with everything from lilies, foxglove, and feverfew in the spring to dahlias, hydrangeas, and marigolds in the fall. Minsi Mountain Flower Farm is committed to sustainable, chemical-free growing practices from seed to bloom, so that their customers receive only the highest quality flowers. They are known for their long-lasting and vibrant blooms. Florists and designers in the Lehigh Valley can shop their products on Rooted for delivery on Wednesday afternoons, and retail customers can find them at the Easton Farmers Market every Saturday morning in Easton, PA.
