The Hazel Designs micro-farm/urban cutting garden is going into its 10th year of cut flower production! With a background in veggie growing and PNW garden design, I began growing flowers in earnest for my own backyard wedding, and just kept adding on. Now we specialize in woodies, bulbs, perennials, lesser-known herbs, foliage and some irresistible, classic annuals for our flower CSA, wedding designs & bespoke arrangements, and to supply other studio florists. I remain a mini-micro-nano farm on about 1/4 acre but feel very lucky to be in an amazing network of local growers in the Bellingham, WA area. I'm a founding member of the North Sound Flower Cooperative and we're about to do great things in the flower world!
