A small, certified organic family farm established in 2008. Owned by Marty and Crystal Gray, they specialize in organic vegetables, some herbs, and flowers. Located outside of Watseka, Illinois, they also host events such as farm-to-table dinners and wildflower yoga in the greenhouse, bouquet-making, and pick-your-own, when available.

"Jelly" is a popular, yellow-skinned and yellow-fleshed potato variety originating in Germany. It has an oval shape and a smooth skin. The flesh is creamy and buttery. It holds its shape well when cooked but is also floury enough to mash.
