We aim to be our florists’ go-to for seasonal, sustainable, and superbly beautiful florals. Our online shop is open Fridays at 9 AM through Mondays at 5 PM for pre-orders for the following Wednesday. You can also visit us in person Wednesdays from 8:30-10:30 AM!

The purest of white gomphrenas, branching and great for drying.
MISCANTHUS sinensis Huron Sunrise
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION!! This is a beautiful, tall miscanthus that is a bit darker then our Octoberfest. If left out to dry they will get more fuzzy and the leaves will curl. It is at the early stage so pollen is dropping. I only recommend this for outdoor installations at this point.
TAGETES erecta
The deepest orange of the large cutting marigolds. We try to get 10 stems in a bunch but sometimes if they are branching there may be less. We are cutting off of two plantings right now and some stems may be a bit under 16” but most are taller.
PANICUM virgatum Dallas Blues
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION! Our biggest panicum type grass. A bit of a bluer cast to the foliage. This is at the early stage so is dropping pollen right now. I only recommend it for outdoor installations this week. It is big and beautiful but a bit messy.
SORGHUM halepense
Tall stems of showy red seed add prairie and autumn inspired movement to bouquets. Airy. Will be harvested by the handful.

Nice long stems on these.

One of the most versatile fillers. Extremely long lasting. A misty green early in the season, blush around July-August, and deepening to a richer deep pink in the fall. Tall stems, full flowery heads.
PANICUM virgatum Northwind
The first of our big grasses to bloom. Listed as 10 stems but has 15.
SALVIA rosmarinus
Rosemary symbolizes love and remembrance. This makes it the perfect foliage to tuck into a bouquet. And because it’s chemical free you could also use it on your potatoes!! The variety we are cutting now is slightly shorter and a bit greener then what we've had the past few weeks.
CARYOPTERIS incana Pagoda Lagoon
The later blooming of the blue caryopteris. You won’t notice a difference between this one and the first one that bloomed. It’s just great that it blooms later so it stretches out the bloom time of this lovely flower.
GOMPHRENA globosa Audray
White globe amaranth. Super hardy—great for dried. Branching.
MISCANTHUS sinensis Oktoberfest
I believe this one will still be at pollen drop stage this week so best for outdoor installs. A beautiful miscanthus type grass that is just perfect for your fall events/bouquets. Tall, strong stems make them great for an install. The grasshoppers have really enjoyed the leaves this year but the plumes are beautiful!
