Dilly Dally Garden is a small flower farm in Howard County, MD.  My name is Diane Lutz and I serve florists and floral designers in the area, as well as make sleeved mixed bunches for local produce stands and the Sykesville Farmers Market. I am excited to join Rooted Farmers to get the word out that I have beautiful flowers to share.
